The book, Super Human: The Bulletproof Plan to Age Backward and Maybe Even Live Forever, by Dave Asprey has such good advice I couldn’t help but to share it.
It has all of the ingredients of a good healthy life in one place, like a cookbook.
Super Human’s main points are:
Limit blue light and get enough Vitamin D through strategic sunlight (not too bright or too long).
As far as diet is concerned, it says to eat protein based diet and ditch the carbs right away.
It says you need to have 6–8 hours of good sleep in order to live longer.
Additionally, intermittent fasting as a big game changer. Eating for 8 hours on and 16 hours off can increase your lifespan as well.
What a powerhouse of good information!
I was just so excited to read about it that I had to encourage someone else to hear these ideas and implement them in your life, too.
